9. Refund Policy
The Customer may request a refund by contacting the Service Provider via the email address listed on the Website.
Full Refund may be granted in the following cases:
Partial Refund: If the Service Provider has already begun executing the plan, but the services have not been fully rendered (for example, only some sparring sessions from the package were conducted or only a portion of the materials was provided), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount in this case is calculated proportionally to the volume of unrendered services.
Denial of Refund: A refund is not possible only if all the services stipulated by the Customer's selected pricing plan have been fully provided by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to review exceptional cases individually at its sole discretion.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method (whenever possible). The refund amount is paid out minus the commissions of payment systems, banks, or acquiring services withheld during the initial payment processing or when issuing the refund.
